When you practise with IMPRSV, your video recordings never leave your device. They are processed locally and discarded after your session — never uploaded to our servers, never retained, and never shared. What we do store are your self-assessments: the scores and ratings you give your own answers. These feed into anonymised, aggregated insights that help us improve our question banks, coaching quality, and product — but are never attributable to you personally.

IMPRSV is built to meet UK GDPR. We process only the data necessary to deliver the service, host our servers and database in the UK, and give you control at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from your account settings. We never sell your data to third parties.

No. Your video recordings are stored only on your device and never uploaded to IMPRSV's servers. They stay in your browser until you delete them, which you can do at any time from Settings → Storage. What we do retain are your self-assessments — the scores and ratings you give your own answers — stored securely and used only in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our offering.

Yes. Our interview questions are delivered by professional voice actors to give you a realistic, human-feeling experience — not a robotic text-to-speech system. We believe the quality of the prompts matters for immersive practice, and we've invested in professional studio recordings to reflect that.

Not yet. IMPRSV works in your mobile browser — you can practise on any smartphone or tablet without installing anything.

You choose an interview question set, record your answer, then play it back and rate your delivery against a simple rubric — pace, clarity, structure, and confidence. You can re-record, compare attempts over time, and track your improvement, whenever suits you.

Yes. We have a dedicated version for educational institutions — IMPRSV for Universities — which gives careers teams a platform to deploy interview practice at scale. Schools and sixth forms supporting students into university or their first jobs can use it too. Contact us to discuss institutional pricing.

First check your spam or junk folder — verification emails are occasionally filtered there, especially on workplace or school email accounts. If you still can't find it, use the "Resend code" option on the verification screen to request a new one. If your email is managed by an organisation's IT department, they may need to release the message from quarantine or allow-list emails from imprsv.co.uk. Still stuck?
